Rock'n'Roll Doctor played drums (so he knows all the drummer-gags, thank you very
much) in several unspectacular bands whilst an Art Student in the late 1960s.
When it became clear that Drum-Herodom did not beckon he went into one of his
sulks until awakened by a kiss from beautiful frog. No, that can't be right. Anyway,
eventually he decided to combine a passion for guitars with an ability to make
and/or fix things, so went away and trained under Ekki Hoffmann and Nik Huber
at Formentera Guitars,
since when he has become the Frankenstein of Funk whom we know and love, proudly
putting the "git" into "guitar". (He also collects "Hard
Rock Cafe" guitar-pins. Sad but true.). | |
